DLR Transports services include further options for customers such as the storage and the dispatch of goods from our secure East Midlands site, along with maintenance facilities providing commercial servicing and maintenance packages, utilising specialist workshop equipment such as our MAHA break rollers, DVSA approved Tachograph Calibration centre, diagnostic interrogation, and LOLER inspection and certification of lifting equipment.
DLR Transport provide drivers and operators with training and development days throughout the year. Driver CPC courses are held to provide our employees with further knowledge and gain accreditation in key field’s such as safe urban driving, cyclist safety, vehicle emissions and driving standards. DLR also offer our employees the ability to gain further skills, to become a Moffett Forklift operative. Moffett operatives are fully trained in line with RTITB standards, and undergo refresher training every three years; to gain an up to date understanding of new procedures and equipment whilst reinforcing fundamental areas of importance.
