In the run up to the largest grooming event in the U.K; the Grooming Show in Coventry, TASK Contract services/Smartpod U.K approached DLR Transport to organise the movement of a bespoke Smart Pod (…one space, endless uses..) due to be displayed and open to the public over the show weekend.
The Smart Pod was loaded at Task’s manufacturing centre using one of DLR’s Moffett forklifts with accompanying extensions tynes. The Pod was then delivered to Coventry, unloaded and placed ready for the Task team to add the finishing touches before the start of the show. After a successful show weekend DLR collected the Pod and made the return journey back to Task’s works.
